Once you place your order, we'll reach out to you to confirm if you'd like a new pet portrait done or if you already have a print and would like to use the same art for a matching bag.
It normally takes 1 week in total from placing your order to receiving your portrait. You'll normally receive your preview within the first 2 days.
If we already have your art from an existing portrait, you should expect to receive your preview much quicker.
Absolutely! All orders come with a free preview by email for you to approve before we print it.
In the unlikely event you don't like the preview, we can revise it as many times as required to get it just right. Alternatively, you can cancel for a full refund.
For now with our tote bags, you can provide your photo by email after checkout or let us know if you would like us to use your existing artwork but on a bag instead of a print.
If using existing artwork, we can do a discount for you.
