Choose how many pets to include, a print size, and a choice of frame. You can also choose a background colour and font, or simply continue and decide later.
Step 2
Upload a photo
Use the image upload to select a photo of your pet when personalising your portrait, or we can help you select one after checkout. See our Image Guidelines for tips.
Step 3
Receive your masterpiece
Once we have your photo, you'll receive a preview by email within 2 days. At this stage you can request any free revisions or approve your order for print. Once approved, orders normally print and ship within 2 days.

It normally takes 1 week in total from placing your order to receiving your portrait. You'll normally receive your preview within the first 2 days.
Absolutely! All orders come with a free preview by email for you to approve before we print it.
In the unlikely event you don't like the preview, we can revise it as many times as required to get it just right. Alternatively, you can cancel for a full refund.

For best results, the photo should show the pet sitting or standing, looking forward, with both the face and neck visible. You can see here for our full Image Guidelines.
Sure! We can show you multiple options as required so you can pick your favourite. You can also change or remove the text or ask for any other revisions during the preview stage.
Yes! When customising your order above you can select one, two or three pets.
If you'd like more than three pets in the same portrait, we charge £10 extra per pet. Simply proceed to checkout as a three pet portrait and let us know in your order notes how many additional pets you'd like to include.
Not at all! We're happy to draw any animal and have had some great portraits with Horses, Parrots, Guinee Pigs, Lizards and even a Panda to name a few!
